Shipping Information
How do you ship orders? We use a fast shipping service for all US orders. Shipping costs $6.95 per order. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to US military bases at this time.
How long does delivery take? Delivery typically takes 5-8 days within the USA. Please note that deliveries may take longer during busy seasons.
Do you ship outside the US? No, we currently only ship within the United States.
Payment & Security
What payment methods can I use? We accept PayPal. When checking out, you’ll be directed to the PayPal payment page to confirm your payment with your account and password.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I change my order after placing it? No. You’ll be asked to confirm all details (size, design, quantity, address) before completing your purchase. We don’t accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect selections made during ordering.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, but only within 6 hours of placing it on the same day. After this window, your order may already be processing. Cancellations include a 10% fee (of your total order value) for management, processing, and transaction costs. Email cancellation requests to [email protected].
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. You’ll need to pay the shipping cost to send the return package back to us.
How long is the return policy valid? Our return policy is valid for 30 days after delivery. After this period, the order is considered accepted and no refunds will be issued. For more details, read our [Returns & Refunds Policy].
Missing Orders
I haven’t received my package. What should I do? If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can’t find it:
- Check around your home – packages can sometimes be left in unexpected places
- Contact the shipping company listed in your shipping notification email
