Order Cancellation

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

  • After this time, your order may already be in processing.
  • A 10% cancellation fee will apply to your total order value.

Returns & Refunds

Return Period: 30 days after delivery

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
  • After 30 days, orders are considered accepted and cannot be returned

Valid Reasons for Returns: We accept returns and provide full refunds (including original shipping costs) when:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a broken product
  • The design doesn’t match what you ordered
  • The size doesn’t match what you ordered
  • The material differs from what you ordered
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product differs from its description

Return Condition Requirements: Returned items must:

  • Not be worn or washed
  • Not be modified in any way
  • Be free from damage (unless the damage was our fault)
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be in original packaging

Required Documentation: To process your return, please provide:

  • Shipping label/receipt
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos of the received product
  • Any previous email correspondence with us

Return Process

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions and address
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack items carefully and use a traceable shipping method
  4. Share Tracking: Email your return tracking number or shipping receipt to [email protected]
  5. Wait for Processing: Once received, refunds are processed within 2 business days

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline: After processing, refunds typically appear in your account within 10-15 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company’s policies.

  • We cannot issue refunds without prior email approval of your return request
  • Do not return items without our confirmation email
